Tips
- Spend only Max 3 min per slide. So Plan your talk
- Write only 20 words per slide
- Title size 36 to 40. Body 24 points max. Its good readable for 20 feet distance
- Make important points big size than the other fonts
- Use They instead of Him/Her. Don't finger point
- Use good background color in presentation i.e. Light blue, gray etc
- Make 3 points recursively and plan your presentation on these 3 points
- Avoid capital/bold letters too much
- Less Graphs/Pictures. Use stats
- Use example than overview
- Use shift key to re-size picture
- Consistency of slides theme
- Don't use numbers as they show priority and order. Use bullets instead.
- Use very very clear fonts and styles that are easily readable
Presentation
- Start on time
- First 30 sec impact matters only so plan what you want to say at this time
- Eye contact with audience
- Ask Question and Wait
- Be silent after saying important point
- Dynamic sound pace
- Try to talk to peoples to keep interest
- If something goes wrong then laugh and make some joke
